Big Daddy Rolling Up: Bioshock Heads to PS3 October 21st

I think we can all agree that the only thing better than carnage ad infinitum, is genetically-augmented carnage...ad infinitum. With that in mind, 2K Games, just opened the hatch for Sony fans everywhere to descend into Rapture when Bioshock surfaces on the PS3 October 21st. Developed by 2K Marin, 2K Boston, 2K Australia and Digital Extremes, Bioshock will feature all new content for its debut on the Playstation 3.

Here's the press release hi-lights:
  • Survival difficulty mode
  • Trophy support (including at least two specific to PS3)
  • Add-on Game Content
  • Challenge Rooms developed specifically for the PS3 version of the game.
2K indicates the first of the Challenge Rooms will be available for download shortly after the title goes live October 21st in North America and October 24th everywhere else. Stay tuned to the official site for more news and info. Bioshock is rated M for Mature and is currently available on the PC and Xbox 360.
