Spore Expansion/Parts Packs Announced

EA has officially announced the Creepy & Cute Parts Pack for SPORE, the wildly popular evolution simulator from legendary game designer Will Wright. The pack, which will be made available for both PC and Mac on November 18, 2008, will include over 100 new creature-building parts including components for the body, new animations, paint options, and backgrounds.

EA also announced an upcoming full expansion for the game that the company is currently referring to as the "Space stage pack". This pack, available spring 2009, will deliver an Adventure Creator and teleportation technology in order to beam space traveling creatures directly down to planets to undertake new missions.
