Warhammer Online Registers 750,000

EA Mythic announced late last week that its newly launched MMO Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning has registered over 750,000 players worldwide. The game, which is easily on track to become one of the year's best selling PC titles, shipped mid-September and enjoyed the most successful PC game launch (in terms of sales) of all time.

"Thanks to our players, the ware between the Realms continues to escalate at an incredible pace," said Mark Jacobs, co-founder and GM of Mythic. "The battlefields are alive with three quarters of a million players fighting for the forces of Order and Destruction in truly epic and unparalleled Realm vs. Realm battles!"
